Recently, i come across a dream weaver bug which is not very important, but may be for certain people at certain juncture. When i open the dreamweaver cs4, it says that the “designer.xml” file has been corrupted. so i googled it, and after so may searches, i got one solution from adobe forum and it worked for me.. The solution is
simply rename the “designer.xml” file in the specified folder.. dats it !!!

Thank you sooooo much – i have been searching for hours looking for answers and finally yours was so clear i simple renamed.xml lol and it worked!!!! that was after creating new folders moving files and i don’t know what else other suggested – but yours finally worked – thank you sooooooooooooooo very much!!!!!

please search for a file named “designer.xml” in your installation folder (might be in c:/adobe/…..) and rename the file once you find out..
